1. Registration Fee Refund Policy

1.1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee:
The ₹500 registration fee paid by customers is non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers the administrative and service costs for providing access to our platform for 12 months.

2. Subscription Refund Policy

2.1. Subscription Fee:
Customers must purchase a subscription plan to access maid hiring services for a period of 12 months. The subscription fee is non-refundable once paid.

2.2. Exceptions:
In rare cases, we may issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Service Unavailability: If BharatMaids.com fails to provide the service due to technical issues beyond our control for a prolonged period, a partial refund may be considered.

  • Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment has been made due to an error in processing, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.

2.3. Refund Request Process:
To request a refund under the exceptions mentioned above, please contact our customer support at support@bharatmaids.com within 15 days of the issue. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation of Subscription:
Once the subscription has been purchased, it cannot be canceled. The subscription remains active for the full duration of 12 months, after which it may be renewed.

3.2. Cancellation of Maid Selection Process:
Customers can stop the maid selection process at any time before finalizing the hiring. However, no refund will be issued for any services availed or partially availed during the hiring process.

If you encounter any issues or disputes with the service, you can reach out to our customer support team. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and efficiently. If no satisfactory resolution is reached, customers may escalate the matter to senior management for review.
