registration is valid for 12 months from the date of payment.
1.3. User Agreement: By registering, you agree to thoroughly review and comply with these terms and conditions. Your use of the portal signifies your acceptance of this agreement.
2. Customer Account
2.1. Account Creation: After registering, customers must either create an account by signing up or log in using their existing credentials. This account will allow access to view maid profiles and manage your hiring process.
2.2. Account Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are fully responsible for any activities conducted under their account.
3. Maid Selection
3.1. Viewing Maid Profiles: Registered customers are granted access to browse maid profiles. During the initial selection process, contact details of maids will not be disclosed.
3.2. Preference Selection: Customers can mark/select their preferred maid candidates based on the profiles they view.
4. Subscription Purchase
4.1. Subscription Requirement: To proceed with hiring maids, customers must purchase a subscription plan. This subscription grants access to hire maids through the portal for a period of 12 months.
4.2. Subscription Fee: The subscription fee is non-refundable and allows unlimited hiring within the 12-month validity period.
5. Unlimited Hiring
5.1. Definition of Unlimited Hiring: While the subscription plan promises unlimited hiring, customers can view a maximum of 5 relevant maid profiles per search attempt.
5.2. Profile Relevance: BharatMaids.com guarantees that each search attempt will yield a minimum of 5 maid profiles based on your stated preferences and requirements.
5.3. Hiring Process: Once the maid has been selected, BharatMaids.com will facilitate the contact process. Further negotiations or agreements, including wages or other conditions, will be handled directly between the customer and the maid.
6. Customer Support
6.1. Resolution of Issues: If customers face any issues during the hiring process, our customer support team is available to assist. You can reach out to us via the contact details provided on the website.
7. Limitations of Liability
BharatMaids.com acts as a facilitator connecting families and maids but is not responsible for any agreements, disputes, or conflicts arising after the initial introduction.
8.Prohibited Conduct
8.1. Mishandling and Misbehavior: Customers are strictly prohibited from mistreating, mishandling, or confining domestic helpers. Any such actions will result in immediate termination of services.
8.2. Confidentiality of Information: Customers must not share or pass on information about the maids to other people. Any breach of this confidentiality will result in the termination of services.
9. Amendments to the Terms
BharatMaids.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Termination of Services
BharatMaids.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account or service without prior notice if there is any breach of these terms and conditions.
